1. Just getting yourself treated for pain or sensitivity doesn’t solve your problem, but maintaining good oral hygiene is very important.
  2. Always visit your dentist once in every six months, for a routine cleanup and also for a regular checkup.
  3. Regular checkup will ensure if your teeth are developing any new cavities or not.
  4. Always use a soft toothbrush for brushing.
  5. Change the brush after every 3 months.
  6. Regularly use mouthwash in between meals when you cannot brush.
  7. Floss your teeth after every meal.
